Shipping and Delivery FAQ's

We are an Indian company and we ship from within India !

When are the orders shipped:-

• If the material is in stock (available at our Shipping Warehouse) & you placed an order before 2PM, then usually they are same business day. Otherwise the next working day! 

• Couriers closed on Sundays

• If it isn't in stock, then, its shipped the next business day once product arrives at our warehouse.

• Rarely but sometimes possible; the product will show in stock when it's in transit from Customs to our warehouse. In that case we might take a few days extra to ship to you. 

Are there any days that you don't ship on/ business closed?

• In addition to Sunday as per Governing Indian laws we and the courier agencies close down on national holidays like Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti & Labour Day 
• Additional holidays :- Dussera, Diwali, Next Day of Diwali, 1st January, Ganesh Chaturthi and Holi. 

What locations do you ship to??

• We ship to India only. (Not even Nepal, Bhutan or Bangladesh)

• If the shipping carrier that you choose does not ship to your pin code we will choose an agency that does.  

What are the shipping Timelines?

• You can choose the shipping method hence the timelines at checkout! What you actually mean is the travel time of the products :- That means once handed over to the shipper and then handed to receiver!

What are the order tracking details?

• Tracking details are sent to you at around 8PM by the ERP. Its all automated. 

What are the usual Shipping Costs?

• Shipping carrier and costs are available at checkout & Surface shipping is free on orders above 2999/- to most states and above 9999/- to rest of the states in India. You can see shipping rates at checkout

Where do you ship from?

• Shipped from our warehouses in Nagpur, Maharastra

Where can I put delivery Instructions?

• At checkout before you pay for the order!

What are the Shipping INCO terms?

• Cost + Freight ( Also known as CF / CFr) 

What are the Shipping courier agencies that you use?

• DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier, Delivery, Bluedart and if pin code is not covered then Speed post
• When bulk material is involved we also use transport companies which may choose depending on the location of delivery. These products usually ship in 2-3 days post order
